Kellerhaus in Pommersfelden

Delicious cakes and super nice service. Highly recommended, especially in connection with a visit to Schoss Weissenstein.

I was there today and I have to say: I've rarely eaten in such a good café. The service is extremely friendly and you feel very comfortable. I particularly liked the apple pie! A total recommendation!

I can highly recommend the Kellerhaus Café in Pommersfelden! The selection of cakes and tarts is unique and I can especially recommend the apple pie. Despite the large number of guests, the service was excellent and the waitress is extremely friendly. This will definitely be my favorite café!

Were there yesterday. Called at 2:00 p.m. to reserve a table. It was announced that there are generally no reservations for the afternoons. When we were there at around 3 p.m. we could no longer sit on the terrace as everything was already full and a table was reserved ???? (Although in principle no tables are reserved in the afternoons.) We ordered two hot chocolates, a small red spritzer and a large red spritzer. The hot drinks came before the cold drinks. We had a cheesecake (there was strange white chocolate and apricot in the rim. American style ???) Wasn't really good. An apple pie where you miss the taste of apples but get a roar of cinnamon. A wild berry cake that had a strange kind of neutral taste. Waitresses who slam the plates on the table without any kind words or sensitivity. When I asked the waitress about it while paying, I met with resignation. The price was € 27.50 and I gave € 30 with the expectation that the waitress would at least pretend to give the change. No, she pocketed the 30 € as if it were taken for granted. Under these conditions, I had the change paid out to me. When we wanted to leave the restaurant, we didn't even get a goodbye etc. from another waitress who was standing at the exit. So honestly ..... this shop and the staff doesn't work at all. I've never experienced anything like that rude, it knocks the bottom out of every barrel, overpriced and for the price it didn't even taste good. We won't go there anymore. The location itself may be really great, but unfortunately the content does it.

Was there with my wife as part of a bike tour - wonderful view of the castle - the "Baggers with salmon" was very tasty & at the end I took home a delicious tiramisu cake. I'm looking forward to the next bike tour in this direction :-) Update October 25, 2020: We are repeat offenders - were there again today with our bike - SUPER- delicious - pumpkin cream soup / salad with salmon & mustard-honey dressing / tarte flambée with salmon & leek vegetables. Have gone home full and satisfied!

Many thanks to the whole team & to the boss of the Cafe Kellerhaus !!! We had a great wedding celebration and were very happy to have chosen this location. It was just great and there was nothing to complain about! Excellent wedding cake, tarts and cakes! Thank you for this unforgettable day!

We celebrated our wedding in the basement house. It was a great party and everything from preliminary organization to implementation was right for us. If you want to have a tasteful celebration in a rural but modern setting, this is the place for you. Thanks to the whole team! Also for a tarte flambée, cake or the like. recommendable!

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied. It all started with an unfriendly greeting and allocation of seats. Unfortunately, there was at least one problem with wasps that day, so our ice cream came with a wasp. Here we would have expected better precautions and, after our complaint, a friendlier accommodation on the part of the staff! It's a shame, we are disappointed ...

Very nice ambience with excellent cakes and very friendly and courteous staff. We really enjoyed today's visit and will definitely be back!

Yesterday we wanted to drink coffee and eat a piece of cake with 9 people. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to provide space for 9 people, although at least 2 x 3 seats were free. We would also like to have waited a little, or alternatively sat outside under a pavilion. You can tell who doesn't need sales.

Nice cozy terrace, hidden in the green with a view of Weißenfels Castle. Delicious small dishes, ice cream and fine cakes are available here. Reachable on foot from the castle.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday last year and were very happy, it was a magical and successful evening. The energy in this place is very special. Hopefully it will be open again soon. All the best to the whole team.

Great Café with wonderful views of Weißenstein Palace and the surrounding countryside. They offer a good selection of cake and gateau, and delicious Flammkuchen. There is also a programme of events, including jazz brunches and art exhibitions. Well worth a visit.

Very nice establishment in a fantastic location with beautiful views of the castle Pommersfelden. Definitely follow the sign it is worthwhile in any case. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are very delicious, unfortunately the prices seem a bit too high which is unfortunate because otherwise I would come more often. Free parking is available in sufficient quantity.

The view from the garden or the winter garden to the castle Weißenstein in Pommersfelden. The restaurant is located idyllically in nature on a small hill behind the castle just outside the village. Very nice friendly staff. Open from 11-20 clock. However, no direct lunch / dinner. There are Tarte Flambée, Salads, Pasta throughout the opening hours. Homemade pies and ice cream. Very well. Pies, however, only about 4 to choose from. Does not bother. Recommended!

Great place for coffee, snacks, and view. The restaurant is ultra clean, spacious, and contemporary in design. Plenty of space for easy parking outside. The cakes are delicious, I liked their apple pie. Only would say their menu is pretty limited in dishes. Flatbread was tasty and pasta was pretty good.
